Ahhh weekend let down

So i did really well last week lost 6lb. I had a bad weekend..was in the hosp with my godson he was ill so ended up living off the machines. Ended up 1 choc bar a pack a crisps and a bacon sand :(
Im back on track now its monday goin gym everynight up till weigh in thursday, How do u think this will hit me? How much do u think i would have put on with these slip ups ? :(

Don't let the slip-ups get you down, you won't have done that much damage and you'll soon be back on track :)

Well my weekend slip up didnt hurt too much lost 2 n half. Just did a mid week weigh and according to that ive lost 4 1/2 since thursday (Monday now) Had a really good few days been swimming everyday and gym twice, If thats right ive only got 2 till my first stone !! Feeling very happy now :)
