Ahhhh HELP!!!! coke cola chicken!

So silly me forgot to take the salmon out the freezer! Ran to shop to see what they had and its terrible they had hardly anything meat wise anyway! So I got to large packs of chicken thighs and some diet coke! Gonna try this diet coke recipe but as I'm really new to cooking I need step by step instructions lol and I'm running out of time before my bf raids the fridge an so do I!

Do I cook the chicken legs before hand then put them in a pot, there's about 18 of them. (What we don't eat will save for tomorrow! Someone help xxxx
