Hi everyone
I've just come back to SW and am doing green days. Could anyone tell me what the following flavours are syn wise on a green day? I was counting them all as 5 syns but looked through my little book and the hot and sour one is only 3! These aren't in my book though.
Broccolli and stilton
Indian style curry and lentil
Tuscan tomato, chilli and mozarella
Also wasnt sure whether the 1 syn per 20 calories only works on EE rather than green or red?
