Airport Food

I'm flying to the UK soon, any recommendations for food that's SW friendly at Stansted airport.
I know there is a Wetherspoons there and a few coffee places, but want to be pre-armed with syn values etc before I go

Ham & Mushroom Tagliatelle, per serving 8 8 8 is about all I can see.
Thought a jacket spud would be ok but someone said they are deep fried before they are frozen and then reheated ​

If you google stansted airport food you will get a complete a-z listing of all the eating places at Stansted, with descriptions of the sort of food they do, and some of them have links to menus. And no, Wetherspoons do not deep-fry their jacket potatoes - that is a myth.

Wetherspoons do not deep fry their jacket potatoes and there are lots of low syn or even free options that you can have. If you take a look about this forum there are quite a few threads devoted to Wetherspoons syns
