:party0011: My food diary on my first week - so far. I'm on 24 points per day and I weigh on a Tuesday. Any comments on anything you think I'm doing right/wrong/any suggestions will be much appreciated. Ok, here it goes:

Tuesday 11 Nov

2 weetabix is apparently only 1.5 so you've saved a couple of points there :D btw, why not start a diary diary in the normal section as a lot of people dont read/comment on the food diaries..

also, i wouldnt worry about going over your points by 1 or so.. you've still cut down on the amount of calories you're having, so no doubt you will still see a loss but it may just be a smaller loss than if you didnt go over 24 :) x

You seem to eat a lot of fruit/veg/salad which is very good! :)
I've been pointing my 2 wheatabix as 2 so reading this has done me good...I can save 1/2 point :D

Thank you :) Yes, I love fruit which is good. I was so pleased that I had an extra 1/2 point after the weetabix too LOL

Do you think I eat too many jacket potatoes and bread - although it's WW?

I always think as long as you're sticking to your points it should be fine. I eat quite a bit of bread too so I wouldn't worry about it too much.x

Point used approx: Far too many ;) 51!! (Oh my! I never imagined it'd be that many :S)

I'll be interested to see what my weight does this week...Hmm. It seems over the course of the week I've save 24 points by not using up my points each day - not sure if that's allowed or not? Therefore, by overeating enormously yesterday, I'm actually only 3 points over so far for the entire week.

Weigh in Tuesday...

You can save up to 4 points per day for a week, and then once you weigh in your points balance goes back to nil...if that makes sense.xx
