Anyone struggle giving up the pop? Red wine is my biggest weakness and always seems to scupper me on any diet plan that I try. Anyone got any ideas on how to give it up successfully and hopefully easily.

I know thats easier said than done. I found that i just avoided socialising to start with and then didnt miss it at all. However, i've lost a bit now and the odd glass or three is creeping in again. Need to do a bit of a team talk with myself.
