Alcohol free lager.

Was wondering if anyone could help me?
Am trying to give up drinking so was wondering if Alcohol free lager was a good drink and how many syns?
Hopefully its no syns but poss not my luck.
Any help.
Just starting this week doing slimming world at home, got my mum's books so am sat going through it all.

The syns are a lot less than normal larger. Here is a list:

Basic, Lager, basic, Alcohol free, not more than 0.05% vol, 250ml - 2.5 syns on all plans
Basic, Beer, basic, Bitter, low alcohol, not more than 1.2% vol, 250ml - 1.5 syns on all plans
Basic, Lager, basic, Low alcohol, not more than 1.2% vol, 250ml - 2.5 syns on all plans
Sainsbury's, Czech Low Alcohol Lager, 250ml - 0.5 syns on all plans


The Sainsburys one looks the best choice syn wise, not sure how nice it would be though
