Hi everyone been doing slim fast for 3 days now, going well so far but going to the pub tonight for a drink. Was thinking if I cut out 2 of my snacks and only have a 400 calorie meal for tea I will have an extra 400 cals for alcohol. Will this be ok? Does anyone else drink whilst on slim fast?
