    Hi all,
I'm wandering how many points i need to save for tonight as am going out so will want to have a few drinks.
Could some please let me know how many points are in different drinks.
What would be best to drink either wine, Gin, Vodka, whiskey or brandy...with a low cal mixer of course.

    Thanks

I believe 100mls of vodka equals 3 points although I have always just counted a single measure as one point (with a diet coke) x

I agree with "last7lbstogo"..I generally stick to vodka with soda and lime and point it at around 3 points per double (generous doubles in my case! lol). Last week i went out and had a bottle of wine and pointed this 8-9points..so i would say if you have 10pts spare you're good to go chick..enjoy x

A bottle of wine is 7 points. Spirits with a 'diet mixer' are a good option at 1 point per pub measure

I didn't realise that sharing a bottle of wine was as little as 3 1/2 points. That's cheered me up!!

Oh. Thought it might be too good to be true. Still 4 1/2 is still less than I guessed to be honest.

Actually Noreens site says 7 1/2 for a bottle! Dunno how accurate that is, but I'll believe it.

Nope its not as much as 9... Ive carefully checked it out believe me. When I went to WW classes our leader knew alcohol points inside out and asured us wine was 7 per bottle. She used to say WW wine just wasnt worth it lol

Pimms is 0.5 per 25ml, but usually served as double so 1 point. However, diet lemonade at pubs is rare :(
