Aldi salmon - I think I bought the wrong one!

I had seen a thread here mentioning Aldi salmon and when I found myself in Aldi yesterday I thought I spotted it - but looking now the item mentioned was hot salmon fillets and I've bought Pepper Salmon with a mustard and dill sauce - uncooked.

Does anyone know if these are still ok on red please? Also there are no cooking instructions on the pack - ideas please?!

(they are 150g pack size, 181kcal, 20.2 protein, 4.0 carbs and 9.4 fat per 100g)
