I'm Alexa :D I've been looking on here for some time reading everyones diarys and getting lots of ideas! Have been struggling with losing weight since i had my 2 children..... though my youngest is now 3 and i am the heaviest i have ever been atm and feeling pretty down about it. I cannot afford to goto class but i have all the books so i'm going for it!!!! Need to lose about 7 stone but think i'll take it 7lbs at a time .... i'd be happy to be a 14 or 16 (currently a 20-22) So I'm gonna post my food diaries on here to keep me on track. Any comments or help very welcome!! :innocent0002:

fresh raspberries
cheese n onion squares 3pp

tonight when kids are in bed gonna have skinny latte 3pp
and another penguin lol!! 3pp

All in all an ok day!! Didn't do any exercise today though, i will endeavour to do some tomorrow :) xx
