    2 x Eat Smart 3% fat sausages
    2 x Turkey rashers
    2 x eggs scrambled

    Lunch
    3 x WW brown danish ( 400g loaf)(heb)
    1 x mackerel in tomato sauce
    salad ( lettuce, spring onion, tomatoes and cucumber)
    melon, strawberries and a muller light

    Dinner
    HM veg soup
    2 x Beef Olives ( from SW butcher and are free on red day) stewed with turnip, onion and carrot
    198g boiled new potatoes (heb)
    broccoli, brussel sprouts and sugar snap peas

    Hea 350 ml skimmed milk

    i just brought ww.6 syns for 150g pk of mattesons and 11 syns 200g pk of ww.how many rashers in the mattesons and what would you syn each rasher at?

    There is 6 rashers in a 150g pack, they're free on a red day, but 6 syns for 100g on a green day, so on a green day they would work out at 1½ syns per rasher.
