    Slimming World
    Extra easy for the week.

    -28g Jordans strawberry crisp cereal (weighed on the post scales!!) 6 syns, with half a strawb mullerlight and a banana
    -Piece of salmon with mixed salad (no dressing)
    -3 quorn sausages, small jacket potato, baked beans
    wafer thin turkey and 2 apricots
    hexa 250ml semi skimmed
    hexb 85g ready to eat prunes
    Mini curly wurly 3.5 sys
    total syns 9.5

    -breakfast as above
    -Roast chicken with mixed salad (no dressing)
    -salmon steak, dried egg noodles and mixed veg stir fry
    hexb 2 ryvita multigrain with tesco vlf cottage cheese
    hexa 250ml semi skim
    Nectarine, apricot
    Mini curly wurly 3.5 syns, tic tacs (x24 and yes I really did count them out much to the amusement of my OH!) 2 syns
    total syns 11.5

    Total syns 12

    Same breakfast as yesterday (trying to use up the cereal, will never buy it again!)
    Salmon, very big salad and lots of cherry tomatoes and cucumber
    Potato, onion, 2 rashers bacon, 1 x egg (all made into a strange rosti thing, don't think will try that again!) with beans and mushrooms
    2 measures of pims withdiet lemonade 9 syns, 12 tic tacs 1 syn, 8 jelly babies 8 syns (WHAT?! NO MORE!! NEVER will the jelly baby walk into my mouth!) total syns 24
    hexa milk as usual
    hex b 3 ryvita and vlf cottage cheese

    2 quorn sausages, 2 rashers bacon, 1 egg, baked beans and mushrooms
    Turkey chilli made with lean mince, kidney beans, 3 peppers, 2 cans tomatoes, onion, carrots and mushrooms served with rice
    Pear, cherry tomatoes
    hexa milk
    hexb 2 x alpen light
    fruit pastille loly 3 syns, wafer thin chicken 1.5 syns
    Total syns 4.5

    Same brekkie as yesterday
    Lunch leftover turkey chilli with half a baked sweet potato
    Chicken, dried egg noodles and veg stiry fry with half a sached amoy black bean sauce 2.5 syns...was horrible, at about a third of it :(
    Onken vanilla fat free yogurt with meringue nest (3syns) and 2 nectarines...YUM!
    Sugar free jelly 0.5 syn
    total syns 6

    28g strawberry crisp with yogurt and strawberries 6 syns
    Chicken breast and huge salad
    2 quorn sausages, half a sweet potato, baked beans
    Cherry tomatoes, 2 x plums, 1 apple
    mini curly wurly 3.5 syns
    Short grain rice made into rice pudding with milk from hexa
    hexa milk as usual
    hexb...ummm...argh! Just realised haven't used it yet, bit late now...can I carry it over to tomorrow?!
    syns to spare so think I'll have two sailor jerrys and get myself ready for another mental week or trying to balance work/home/diet...
