Hello all It has taken me some time to find a forum that is so supportive and friendly and like minded in the sense of sharing stories of their weight loss journeys. Over the last year my confidence has not been that great for one reason or another began to notice the gradual increase in weight. I also noticed the gradual decline in the things I used to enjoy & would like to find the old me again I feel the SW , healthy eating I will call it is perfect for me and have only started it this week so it is early days for me at the mo. I have over the last few days read lots of threads and one thing that has really stood out is the importance of keeping a food diary and thanks to finding this forum and so many friendly people I have made the first step and going to start my own SW food journey I have a holiday booked for March which has given me something to focus on. All inclusive which I am feeling a little unsettled as I don't want to put on too much weight. Any support is welcomed thank you.
