All About Weight - any good??

Am a newbie, so hi everyone. Just started the All About Weight diet, on day two. Anybody tried it?
Have been dieting since age nine (so a while...) and need to find one that works!!

I'm also new here, not heard of All About Weight but have tried everything from Cambridge to cabbage soup over the years, what does it involve?
Also been dieting for many years, hope the low fat/low cal 'sensible' option will finally be the one to get it off and keep it off
