All bran golden crunch?

has anyone tried this? it is so yummy. im not a lover of all bran think its boring and plain and well deisgusting but this had a lovely honey taste to it! i havent had it with milk yet just keep picking out the box need to stop it but they taste so good

Hi is it a healthy Extra and if so how many grams? Only like corn flakes and tried view different cereals but never managed more than spoonful ugh
