Hi all, just wanted to share my good news --
all week I have been having less than 7/8 syns per day - Ive had no take outs. Nearly everyday I have done 2k on my treadmill and have eaten quite a bit of Quorn and im pleased to announce that today at weigh in ..........
I had lost 3.5 LB woo hoo :D:D
I am aiming to carry on with this as I want to be well under 15 stone by July - daughters wedding . At the moment I weigh 15.7 lb- I know it is doable - I just need to put my mind to it
It is only 17 weeks away --- OMG:eek::eek:
Thats not long !!!!!!!.... So much to do , so little time . At least we have got the dress !!
