Hi, I'm new to this site and to the Exante diet. I'm thinking that maybe a diary will keep me on track and stop me from going crazy! I've tried Slimming World and Weight watchers, I always lose a little bit and then get fed up and stop and put it back on. I'm hoping I can lose the weight I need to quicker and then concentrate on keeping off and staying healthy. I Started on Monday and four days in I feel like I'm thinking of food more than ever. Although I'm glad I picked a mx of shakes, bars and food packs so at least I feel like I'm getting some actual food. So that's me, still feeling hungry or at least thinking about food and taking it one meal at a time, while running around after my two small children and hoping I'll be thinner soon!
