Ally's Cheese and Lentil Wedge

    Ally’s Cheese and Lentil Wedge (Green)

    The measurements on the left of the ingredients are for ONE wedge.
    The measurements on the right of the ingredients are for TWO wedges.

    4 oz Red Lentils 8 oz
    225 ml Water 450 mls
    1 Onion 2
    100g Half Fat Cheddar 200g
    1 Egg 2
    1/2 tspn Mustard 1 heaped tspn
    1/2 tspn Mixed Herbs 1 heaped tspn
    Salt and Pepper
    Garlic

    Chop Onions and fry in Frylight
    Cook Lentils and Mixed Herbs in water until soft and all liquid is absorbed – stay and watch
    Mix all ingredients together
    Place in 7" sandwich tin lined with parchment
    Bake 190c for 30 minutes until golden and firm to touch.

    Low Fat Cheddar
    {28 g = 4 syns x 7}
    (enough for two Wedges)
    200g = 28 syns = 14 per wedge

    Weight Watchers Grated Cheese
    {28g = 2.5 syns x 7}
    (enough for two Wedges)
    200g = 17.5 syns = 8.75 per wedge

    Asda Good For You Grated Cheese
    {28 g = 3.5 syns x8}
    (enough for two Wedges)
    220g = 28 syns = 14 per wedge

    Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself, (28g = 3.5 syns
    Grated Cheese, Medium/Mature
    (enough for two Wedges)
    250g = 28 = 15.75 syns per wedge
    ½ Wedge -- 42g as a Heb = 65g Cheese – 42g Heb = 21g …..28g – 3.5 + Heb
