Ally’s Cheese and Lentil Wedge (Green)

The measurements on the left of the ingredients are for ONE wedge.
The measurements on the right of the ingredients are for TWO wedges.

4 oz Red Lentils 8 oz
225 ml Water 450 mls
1 Onion 2
100g Half Fat Cheddar 200g
1 Egg 2
1/2 tspn Mustard 1 heaped tspn
1/2 tspn Mixed Herbs 1 heaped tspn
Salt and Pepper
Garlic

Chop Onions and fry in Frylight
Cook Lentils and Mixed Herbs in water until soft and all liquid is absorbed – stay and watch
Mix all ingredients together
Place in 7" sandwich tin lined with parchment
Bake 190c for 30 minutes until golden and firm to touch.
