Almond Macaroon

Hubby bought me a friday treat. Almond macaroon from the bakery. Have always been a bit of a favourite. Any ideas for syn values? I know from making them myself they have little fat but a lot of sugar.

It's always difficult with things bought from take-away shops. A link on Google gave the calories in a 41g macaroon as 182 - so that's around 9 syns (based on 1 syn for 20 calories). If you've eaten it though.... you can't weigh it now.
