Is it possible to lose the fat tighten skin on the belly after pregnancy. Mine isnt too bad ( I could post a picture to show if needed). When im stood up it just sticks out a bit below my belly button (i also have a few stretch marks). But if im on my hands and knees or in plank position ( which is where I noticed it most recently That part of my belly hangs down quite a bit! Iv only just started doing exercise so Im hoping it will improve with time Iv just been doing reading about it and lots of people suggest surgery which i think is a bit extremem in my situation.
