Extra Easy Alpen light bars

Hi. I joined last night and Ive just been looking through my book and am confused with the healthy extras. 2 of the choices say alpen light bars but there is the choice of 1 bar or 2 bars and it doesn't go into specifics of which ones are which.

Any ideas?

If u have 1 if can count as a speed food (I think theres an s next to it) or you can have two .. personally I always have my two but the option is there xx

U can have 2 Alpen light bars or one normal Alpen bar

I didn't realise that Alpen bars were a HEB. Where does it say that??
