Are they a healthy extra b or not? I read somewhere that they've recently been changed and are no longer a HEb, but on the website they're in the HEb list... so confused :/

Yes they are back to being a HEB

Just make sure they are the 70 cal recipe

I've been using the Aldi Benefit Light bars as my HEb - cheaper and just as tasty

Just replied on other thread about be wary of the poundland ones they are the 90 calorie ones which are not a hex
