Alpro Soya Light

Hello all,

I have used the search function so I apologise if there is already a thread on this, I could not find one.

I drink alpro soya light/use it in my cereal and I was wondering the syn value of this for 200ml.

I see in the SW book it says that 250mls of soya milk is a HEa but as this is 'light' is that going to be the same?

You can have 400ml of the Alpro Soya Light as a HE A choice. Not sure of syns off hand but a healthy extra is generally 5 or 6 syns x

ive just looked on sw site and you can have 500 ml of alpro soya light unsweetened hope that helps

Not even half as you can have 500 ml

That's only for unsweetened, it's 400ml for the sweetened version.

I only ever have 200mls a day, that's enough for my cereal and milk for tea for the day
