Alternative to butter

Is there such a thing? I don't really like wasting my syns of butter but can't eat a roll dry lol

Have you tried low fat mayonnaise?

Thanks agent but I can't stand mayo, it makes my tummy turn with just the thought. I did try using the syn free salad dressing but it tasted very strong. Maybe I used too much

That's a shame, I guess a low fat spread might be the best thing then? Or depending on what you are having a sauce or dressing that goes with it.

Try Extra low fat Flora, it also cooks well! Tesco sell it......

I use quark instead ov butter

Yes, I was going to suggest Butterbuds. Not tried them mixed with water to use as a spread but I love them sprinkled on new or baked potatoes or over veg.
