i seriously swear i am up 2 no good !
going to barbie this afternonn so have got all i need . my quorn sausages , muller light yoghurts, fruit salad, grapes, apples and my crunchie ! and a slimming world lemon hifi bar . hope all my efforts pay off for wi this week :D:D:D

hi guys had really good time yesterday and stuck to plan and only used 5.5 syns the only downer was the weather and an unwanted friend . went to mauds last night and v. proud of myself for not having any pooh bear only had a cuppa tea. At barbie filled up on lots of salad , fruit and my quorn sausage (someone got 2 of mine and were not able to tell diference) :pso if my wi is not particularly good i will no its not what i ate that has put on the pounds .
