Am having a bad week

:( Have been ill this week (cold, headache, sore throat etc). Dh was away Monday morning till Wednesday night. Kids off school which for some reason makes it so much harder to stick to. Have just been shocking - biscuits, crisps the lot. Got on my scales this morning and by my reckoning have put 3lb on since Monday. Have got back on track at brekkie but think I'm going to struggle to make it all right again before Monday nights weigh in :(. And I still feel rotten.

Fingers crossed for me please - I'll even be glad to sts come Monday

It's never too late to get back on track - you've got to believe that.

Be 100% until Monday and you will be happier than if you carry on eating off plan. Don't make things worst by staying off plan.
I hope you feel better soon xx

You're so right. Even if I dont lose I'll still be better off than having 4 more days of being bad
