Would u guys mind looking at what I've had am I doing it right?
Wed- choc shake
Chicken mushroom soup
Strawberry shake

Thurs - banana shake
Strawberry shake
Chicken breast lettuce

Fri - choc shake
Banana shake
Chicken breast lettuce

Sat - choc shake
Oriental chilli soup
Tuna lettuce cucumber
 
You need to have 3 shakes even on the days you are eating, otherwise you are not getting all the nutrition that you need
 
Seconded. Why are you only having 2 shakes?
 
No, it's as well as. :) Still only works out to around 650 calories a day. Didn't your CWPC sell you 21 products?
 
Yeah she did I had just assumed if I had a meal it replaced a shake that means I can have another shake tonight then :)

On a more serious note, it actually helps weight loss to have all three shakes, even if you don't particularly want a third one, because you need all your nutrients to help with the fat burning process.

Is this your first week? Well done on getting this far! :clap:
 
Yes it's my first week I'm on day 4 today the headaches and funny tasting mouth have stopped and I'm now wondering if its because I've been doing it wrong :/
 
No, it's probably because you've actually gone into ketosis. :) You stop noticing the funny taste after a while and the headaches often magically disappear by day 4-5. :)
