so far today i have had 9 syns (my crisp addiction ) and a lean bacon sarnie (1 HEX B for the bread). I want to make a chilli con carne for dinner. it wont have syns as i make it with spices, extra lean mince, wholegrain rice and veggies.

am i right in thinking that i am only allowed 1 hex a and 1 hex b (only had 1 of each today) and that the tomatoes, peppers and onion in the chilli will count as my 1/3 super free foods? ive not done this before.

Sounds right to me Karen. Your ingredients do count as your third superfree and you do only have one A and one B on EE.

thanks ladies. i do use a lot of onion, toms and peppers. i'll have a fruit salad after if it doesnt seem like a 1/3. ive been using my HEX A as milk in coffees (measured in a jug like a good girl lol) but wish i had thought this through and saved it for cheese. ah well! it'll be nice to try EE for a few days. thanks for the help... i just wasn't sure

    xx
