Am i doing this right?

    Hi all.
    My cambridge diet counciller has gone on holiday for three weeks the day after i restarted after a year break. She breifly went over SSPLUS.

    I am just wondering as i am not loosing as quick as i did before?

    She said i can have nuts if i want something to curb the cravings so have been having a few pistacios, also olives she said are ok. Then in the evening having a bit of chicken or fish.

    As far as I know you are not allowed anything apart from 3 CD meals and a 200 cal meal made up from white meat/fish and green veg or salad.

    I'm sorry I really can't answer that but didn't to read & run lol!
    My CDC never told me that but I'm sure a CDC will be along soon to help. Good luck xx

    no :( what book. All i got was a green thing to measure my weight and body!
    She told me to weigh myself every thurs until she comes back as shes away three thursdays and thats my weigh in day?

    WHAT! That's terrible! You can read the info on line by going into the cambridge site. You need to go there.

    It's one protein choice from the following list:

    120g chicken/turkey, no skin, no fat
    190g white fish
    250g steamed tofu
    200g quorn
    180g tuna in water
    225g cottage cheese (low fat)

    Plus 2 tablespoons of veg from the following:

    Asparagus
    Cabbage
    Celery
    Cucumber
    Spinach
    Broccoli
    Cauliflower
    Courgettes
    Lettuce


    No nuts, fruit, olives or anything else.

    Oh crap. I have just gone and stocked up on food to keep me going!

    Why would she say that? Its as if she wants to sabotage me! :(
