    L: Muller Yoghurt 2 pts
    2 x Babybell cheese (extra lite) 2 pts
    3 rytvetta 2 pts
    Slice of salmon 1 pt
    WW Soup 1 and 1/2

    D: Homemade shepherd's pie, all ingredients pointed and measured 7 pts
    Banana 1 1/2
    WW Bar 1 1/2
    2 x Jaffa cakes 2

    Daily Allowance : 22
    Today's points: 22 1/2
    Exercise: 30 min brisk walk
