Am I eating right?

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this site so I apologise if this question is asked over and over again.

I had a baby 7 months ago and whilst I was pregnant I well and truly (and slightly shamefully) ate for two!

I tried to lose weight afterwards but it never happened. I joined Slimming World on Saturday and I am eating more than ever so just want to make sure I interpreted it right.

This is my food diary for today:

Breakfast
2 x Wholemeal Bread (400g) HEX B
Lurpak Lightest Spread - 2 Syns
Apple

Lunch
Boiled Eggs x 2
Sliced Ham
Peppers
Carrot
Cucumber
Lettuce
Tomato
Beetroot
Fat Free Vinagrette

Dinner
Haddock Fillet
Slimming World Chips (About a handful worth)
Mushy Peas
I was planning on having Melon & Pineapple afterwards but it smelt off so I had to have another apple :(

I also snacked on a Muller Light
Walkers French Fries (18g) - 4 Syns
Fun Size Chocolate Bar - 3 Syns
Half Spoon - 2 Syns
Coffee
4 Pints of Water
300ml of 1% milk - HEXA

I'm panicking I am going to be the only person who follows Slimming World and puts on weight in the first week!
