Am i eating to much?

i feel full most of the time but feel i am eating to much. does eveyone else feel full and still dont use all syns up? i dont really understand how i can lose weight by eating all this free food?
 
On this plan the emphasis is on home cooked foods and filling up on satisfying foods like lean protein and good carbs. It sates hunger naturally so over time you may well find you are eating less. I certainly did, particularly with snacks. As long as you are eating within plan you should continue to lose. The important thing is to stop eating when you are satisfied rather than either missing meals or eating until you are full to bursting. Or the latter as a result of the former. Learn your natural stop point, drink lots of fluid and trust the plan.
