am i eating too much not loosing

    i am not loosing im gaining am i eating too much

    i eat lots of free food
    2 bs
    2as
    syns
    green and red days

    where am i going wrong im always bloated too does any one else get this??

    Hi I can't have green days as I have IBS and it makes me bloated and I put weight on, also you haven't really put exactly what you are eating in one day, if you could do that I could have a look at it xx Boo xx

    im exactly the same as u i suffer from ibs it affects my every day life

    frozen fruit yog plus hex b oats in morning
    2xalpen bars to lunch to pick on
    then ham salad with cottege cheese
    fruit and yog
    apple
    then a red day dinner

    if i have green day its jacket potato beans

    help will be appreciated my weight is up and down all the time i cant get steady

    i try to excersise 3 times week

    Hi boo I have 2 cups tea in morning with oat milk and pepermint tea too I have low sugar squash and a diet coke I been having sweets but using as my syns do u think I could be eating too many yogurts as I like one after each meal I don't understand how u can eat so much and loose weight the first week I lost 3ib second week gained 6 third week lost a pound I just up down up down I don't rekon it works for me x
