Hi everyone this is my first post , I have followed slimming world before but have not been for about a year and can't find all my books, I am joining again on Monday but have been trying to get a head start could any one help to see if this is ok for a red day

2 weetabix skimmed milk, banana

Turkey ham roll ups with 2 light dairy Leigh and 2 light babybell
1 punnet of strawberries

Mullerlight
Diet coke

Pork loin no fat
New potatoes 228g
Honey and mustard dressing syn 5
Does this sound ok

looks ok to me, any chance you could have salad with you lunch and some superfree with your dinner, not essential as not EE but would be helpful over all and help you to feel fuller.

For me there's just not enough there to eat, I wuol dbe hungry, but if you're not then thats fine. Just I find I loose better if I eat more xx

Thanks , can't wait to get my books again and password to log in to check all my sins. Might have a salad with dinner to bulk up a bit , thanks again
