Hi Amz.. I really don't know the answer, but didn't want you to feel like no one was bothering!! lol

All i know is that you can have any tea that is made from the leaf, not any from fruit, berries or flowers.. Sorry i couldn't help more x x

Ahh bless you! I have tried to find out if it is just leaf but having no luck. Im out of green tea and my colleague only has the black tea stuff! Thanks anyway hun xx
