Hello!

I'm taking my brother out to lunch at his favourite American/Mexican restaurant tomorrow! They do fajitas enchiladas tacos quesadillas burritos burgers ribs steak chargrilled chicken and nachos! All seem dreadful really! Help?

I'd avoid anything deep fried (which is probably alot of stuff) avoid corn tortillas as they are v high in fat, and limit the flour ones. Have fajitas and don't touch the sour cream or guacamole and hex the cheese!
Or, have a steak

Have cut cheese out of my diet so that won't be a problem
No corn tortillas either as I dont like them or salsa!

The hardest parts will be the guacamole and soured cream as I adore both of them but I may just have a slight amount of both (they only come in miniscule pots anyway). However, Ive found some chilli but it comes with garlic bread, cheese, jalapenos, soured cream and corn tortillas
