Hey everyone! My stuff got here today, so I drank my first shake today :)

The paperwork that came with my Cambridge had just two weight loss programs, either three shakes and thats it, or three shakes plus a 400 calorie meal. they contradict themselves by saying they recommend the latter for long term weight loss, and only the shakes for two weeks. (It does say to consult a doctor before using the shakes only for more than two weeks.)

It doesnt say anything about the 4 shakes a day for men or those over 5'8. Im 5'7ish. I think i'll be doing the three shakes and a meal for most of the days, and just add an extra shake on days I dont want to eat.

Im happy to answer other questions if i can find it in my paperwork, and im very excited to start on the program!
