2 Slices of Kingsmill 50/50 crustless bread = 1.0
Tesco Healthy Living Baked Beans = 2.5
Laughing cow cheese triangle = 0.5
Sour Cream Snack a Jacks = 1.5
Can of diet pepsi = 0

Tea;
3 Turkey rashers = 1.5
Half a tin of WW Spagetti = 1.5
2 Slices of Kingsmill 50/50 crustless bread = 1.0
Pouched egg = 1.5
Laughing cow cheese triangle = 0.5

Desert;
WW Chocolate desert = 3

My points allowance = 20
Points used = 16.5
Points saved = 3.5 (Keeping points to make up for the weekend)

2 Low fat cheese triangles - 1.0
Salt & Vinger Snack a Jacks - 1.5

Dinner;
Home made stir-fry (all very low fat ingrediants & didnt eat it all) 5.0

Snacks;
Weight Watchers Banoffee desert - 3.0

Daily allowance - 20
Used - 16
Saved 4 (make up for bad weekend and my Friday off)

White chocolate cookie?

Fridays are my days off, so had a chinese but was still good throughout the day except the cookie ;)

Small amount of beans - 1.0 (was a small tin but gave most to bf)
Pouched egg - 1.5
Toast - 1.0
Cheese triangle - 0.5

Lunch;
Cherrios (guessing here as it was a small bowl, 30g is 1.5) 2.5?
Milk - 0.5

Tea;
Chicken pasta bake - 6

Snacks;
Will probably have a WW desert... 3.0

Love the look of your food diary just one thing though (sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong)
I think the Kingsmill 50/50 is 0.5 points for one slice but 1.5 points for two because of the way they round the points up and down.

Good luck look forward to seeing some more of your menus.

Tin of pork sasuages and beans - 2.5

Unsure, going to the cinema and i plan on having a small bag of popcorn which according to Noreens website is 5.0...
