Hi everybody, im going to start a food diary on here. Firstly to try & keep me on track and secondly i want to try green & red days. I think i have got my head around green & red but if anybody notices a mistake could you kindly point it out.

Tomorrows menu (green day)

HEA 1 375 ml skimmed milk
HEA 2 45g red fat chedder
HEB 1 90g ham
HEB 2 115g tuna

BREAKFAST
muller light topped with raspberries & banana

LUNCH
ham & new potato salad (heb)
E.light mayo 2 syns

DINNER
Tuna & cheese pasta bake (hea & heb) with salad

My milk is used for coffee through out day.
Does this sound ok for a green day?
