Hi everybody, im going to start a food diary on here. Firstly to try & keep me on track and secondly i want to try green & red days. I think i have got my head around green & red but if anybody notices a mistake could you kindly point it out.

Tomorrows menu (green day)

HEA 1 375 ml skimmed milk
HEA 2 45g red fat chedder
HEB 1 90g ham
HEB 2 115g tuna

BREAKFAST
muller light topped with raspberries & banana

LUNCH
ham & new potato salad (heb)
E.light mayo 2 syns

DINNER
Tuna & cheese pasta bake (hea & heb) with salad

My milk is used for coffee through out day.
Does this sound ok for a green day?

No food diary for tomorrow because its weigh day. I dont go off plan as such im just not as strict with milk/porridge measuring ect...

I am now converted to red/green days for sure, i still try & have 1/3 SF with each meal when doing these days but have read that it dosent matter as much as when doing EE. Any opinions would be grateful.

Thursday (green day)

Hea- 375ml skimmed milk, 3 e.light laug cow & 15g parmasan

Heb- 90g ham, wholemeal pitta

BREAKFAST
mullerlight topped with mixed berries & banana

LUNCH
ham (45g) salad pitta with 3 e.light laug cow (both heb & part of hea)

DINNER
Sw carbonara with rest of ham (heb) mush & onions
Salad
15g parmasan (hea)

Milk was used through day for brews
Dont know about syns yet, might have an alpen bar with breakfast

Your menus sound lovely Amy, Im no expert as ive only been back on this a few wks but it looks good to me!
 
FRIDAY

EXTRA EASY

HEA 175ml of skim milk & 3 laug cow e.light triangles
HEB 2alpen light bars

BREAKFAST
alpen bar(heb) muller light & raspberries

LUNCH
jkt potato, beans & huge salad.

DINNER
pasta with chicken, ham, tom, cucumber, onion & 3 lc triangles (hea)
Fruit and alpen bar (heb)

Milk through out day for brews. Going to limit my syns today as ended up using 22 yesterday. Im aiming for 7 today. Might have a options & a freddo at work tonight.

SATURDAY

GREEN DAY

HEA 1 - 375 skim milk
HEA 2 - 6 laug cow e.light triangles
HEB 1 - 60g bacon, 30g ham
HEB 2 - 2 slice of wholemeal bread (+ 2 syns)

BREAKFAST
muller with berries & banana

LUNCH
Ham salad s/wich (heb x2 hea)
Mugshot
Apple & orange

TEA
s.w fry up (eggs, bacon(heb) mush, beans, grilked & plum toms)

HEA 2- 30g chedder
HEB 1- wholemeal pitta
HEB 2- 35g porridge

BREAKFAST
porridge (heb) with mixed berries & banana

LUNCH
jkt potato with beans & 3 laughing cow triangles (hea)
Salad

DINNER
pitta bread pizza (heb) with 20g ham (2syns) onions, mush & fresh toms topped with 30g cheese (hea)

SW burgers & salad (no bun)

chicken pizzas topped with mush, ham, onion & fresh toms. 15g cheese (hea)
SW chips
Lots of salad
Alpen bar

Milk for brews through out day x
 
Bit of a change, i had chips aswel as burgers & salad, 15g red fat cheese (2syns)
Was lovely

Pasta with pasata & quark stirred in, with mush, onion & 45g bacon (heb)
Salad
2 piece of g.bread (4syns)

hope you dont mind me dressing in! your menus always sound so good. must get round to making the burgers. do you have a specific specific?

No i dont mind at all, the recipie i use for burgers is
* extra lean mince
*finely chopped onion & apple
* fresh parsley

I just mix it all up, season & then add salt & pepper. Then make into burgers. I find the best thing to do is to chill them for couple of hours (they stick together better when cooking) i do mine on a grill pan. Sometimes i put a laughing (e.light) cheese triangle & mushrooms on them. Hope this helps x

pitta bread (heb) pizza topped with mush onion fresh toms & low fat cheese (hea)
Fruit bag
