    B - chopped up melon/apple/pineapple
    L - Baked potato / portion of philladelphia light / beans
    D - Spicy parsnip soup
    - Balasamic glazed chicken ( new SW Magazine)
    - Paprika potatoes and frozen mixd veg

    Snack - Orange / Options sachet ( 2 syns)

    6am - Beef & Veg Chilli ( SW jan Magazine)
    made it in the slow cooker and coudlnt resist eating some this morning :):):):)
    B - Branflakes / Activia yoghurt / Blueberries
    L - Curried parsnip soup / Balsamic glazed chicken / baby tomatoes
    S - Activia Yoghurt, 2 x pears, orange
    D - 2 small baked potatoes, beef madras ( beef, spices, tomotoes)
    S - chopped up ham, balsamic vinegar, baby tomotoes
    Quark / options ( 3 syns)

    So far for the day my plan looks like this ...

    S - Diced ham & balsamic vinegar
    B - 2 Weetabix, Activia FF yoghurt, Blueberries
    L - Curried Parnsip soup
    S - Activia FF yoghurt, 2 x pears
    D - Veg & Beef Chilli ( Jan SW Magazine) and mixed veg

    L - Curried parsnip soup
    Kedgeree - Brown Rice / Smoked haddock / Egg / Curry
    powder
    S - 2 Tblsp Total 0% Greek yoghurt, pomegranate
    D - Minced beef, carrots, onions, carrots, bovril
    Miced Veg - Cabbage, Sprouts, Swede

    S 2 nectarines
    D - Pork & Pepper goulash ( Pork strips, onions, stock, paprika, cumin, tomatoes, garlic) with some veg and rice
