Amythysts first day

Hi all,

This is my very first day on the plan and I am worrying that I am being too cautious with what I am eating.

Extra Easy Plan

Breakfast - 2 egg omlette with peas, sweetcorn and tomatoes
Snack - Watermelon and samll mullerlight
Lunch - baked potato with tin of tuna, sweetcorn and salad
Dinner - Diced pork cooked with spices and tin of tomatoes and served with wholegrain rice

Syns - 1 cereal bar - 5 syns

I am sure I will settle into this over the week but any advice would be appreciated.
