I've been trying to think of a way to do, and this sounds perfect but wasn't sire cause of more pp days!!! I'll try it now I know other people do!!! :)

I used to... but had "transit" issues always cos of the 4 x back to back PPs. Once I switched to 1/1, I had no further issues!

this is what i have been doing, rather un-intentionally, as i dont feel like eating veggies in the week but at weekends when the family sit down for dinner i prefer to have veggies with them :)

I love this idea! I hate when my kids realise I am not eating what they are. Sunday roasts would be easier too!

Fortunately I don't have any issues with transit - I always have wheat bran with my oat bran though - this helps I think!
