I'm starting my first food diary on here! I will put everything I stick in my mouth on here. I'm sure some of it won't be pretty!

Breakfast

Since I'm being truthful...I had a few lumps of sticky rice from last night's dinner before I went to work...

At work...

Made syn free chips with white and sweet potatoes. Very good. I think I ate too much because I'm stuffed. Meal times are very hectic around here. My daughter got into her dads bday cake and smushed it all up in her hands. Then I dropped my cell phone in my beans. Then she had to go potty. And I got an "I don't like it" when she tried her Turkey Burger. Its no wonder I'm so tired all the time!

That looks good to me! Well done. :) I'm doing a food diary myself and sometimes I feel like I eat tons, but it's turned out okay so far. :scale:

Not much to eat today. Had to work during dinner hour and forgot to pack anything. Off to grocery store on Monday as I'm running out of fruit and veg. Only planned on MY truffle bar but daughter didn't want hers and they are EXPENSIVE AS HELL!

Tomorrow is another crazy day and I don't think my food diary will improve much until Monday!

Another bad day. Took a personal day from work to get some much needed rest. Ended up running errands all day. Moderately disappointing. Anyway. Here's my uneventful day.

I made a huge batch of soup - so i have that for my lunch/snacks each day!!! I just popped all the ingrediants in the slow cooker and then blended to a magic brothy mix!!! It tastes great too!

I added some cooked chicken to it today, and tomorrow i might add some cheese and croutons (synned of course!!!) just to make it a little different!
