    I'm starting my first food diary on here! I will put everything I stick in my mouth on here. I'm sure some of it won't be pretty!

    Breakfast

    Since I'm being truthful...I had a few lumps of sticky rice from last night's dinner before I went to work...

    At work...

    Apple
    Cracklin Oat Bran (hexb)
    Yoplait Greek Yogurt FF Strawberry (1 1/2 syns)
    Diet coke

    Lunch

    Brown and wild rice
    corn, carrots, peas
    grilled chix breast (hexb)
    FF cottage cheese
    red seedless grapes
    Diet coke
    Crystal Light

    Dinner

    Cheddar Ranch Turkey Burgers w/grated carrot (1 syn - 2 hexa)
    Beans
    Syn Free Chips

    Dessert

    Rice Pudding (5 syns)

    Snacks (throughout the day)

    Apple
    WW FF Yogurt (4 syns!!)

    Made syn free chips with white and sweet potatoes. Very good. I think I ate too much because I'm stuffed. Meal times are very hectic around here. My daughter got into her dads bday cake and smushed it all up in her hands. Then I dropped my cell phone in my beans. Then she had to go potty. And I got an "I don't like it" when she tried her Turkey Burger. Its no wonder I'm so tired all the time!

    Getting rid of starches/sugar/unnecessary fats.
    That looks good to me! Well done. :) I'm doing a food diary myself and sometimes I feel like I eat tons, but it's turned out okay so far. :scale:

    Snack (after lunch)

    Skinny cow caramel truffle bar (7.5 syns - ate the other half of my daughters)

    Not much to eat today. Had to work during dinner hour and forgot to pack anything. Off to grocery store on Monday as I'm running out of fruit and veg. Only planned on MY truffle bar but daughter didn't want hers and they are EXPENSIVE AS HELL!

    Tomorrow is another crazy day and I don't think my food diary will improve much until Monday!

    Not good today. Got up at 630 am worked until 7 pm. Got home by 8. Managed to eat dinner.

    Another bad day. Took a personal day from work to get some much needed rest. Ended up running errands all day. Moderately disappointing. Anyway. Here's my uneventful day.

    Lunch

    Rice

    Dinner

    Rice
    Apple

    Its back to my 3 jobs tomorrow and back to eating with a bit more structure.

    Why thank you! I kind of stalked you too a little bit! lol

    I haven't written in my food diary this weekend, so I should probably update it now. More importantly, I didn't eat off plan, but I probably didn't eat enough. I finally have the night off, so I'm going to cook some bulk stuff so my lunch and dinner options aren't so boring!

    I made a huge batch of soup - so i have that for my lunch/snacks each day!!! I just popped all the ingrediants in the slow cooker and then blended to a magic brothy mix!!! It tastes great too!

    I added some cooked chicken to it today, and tomorrow i might add some cheese and croutons (synned of course!!!) just to make it a little different!
