Today was my first day on WW, i have no idea how much i way but will pop into the doctors surgery tomorrow to borrow the scales in the waiting room! I think i'm somewhere around 12st 8 (i may have the shock of my life when i weigh myself tomorrow though haha!) I'm a dress size 16 and ideally want to be a 10/12 by November which i hope is fairly do-able.

Today i ate
Breakfast 0pp
Banana
Grapes

Lunch 3pp
Oat so simple sachet with water, not milk (it tasted awful, but i'm going to have it every morning until i like it!) 3pp
Banana

Dinner 16pp
Cheese and Tomato Tortellini 11pp
Tomato and Basil Sauce 2pp
30g Cathedral City Cheese 3pp

Snack
None yet but i'm bound to get hungry later!


So far 19/27pp used and not feeling too food-deprived at all.


EDIT: just weighed myself (monday) and i weigh 12st10 eeeeek, that's the heaviest i've ever been! scary!

I haven't given up already, i've just been away from a computer!
Sure enough that night i got hungry so i had a piece of toast with 1 teaspoon of butter and some marmite 4pp
So at the end of day 1 i had used 23/27pp and 0/49 weekly pp

On Saturday i had

Breakfast
Banana 0pp

Lunch
Stir fry-
Vegetables- 0pp
Chicken- 4pp
Teryaki Sauce-2pp
Noodles- 5pp

Dinner
I ended up going to a birthday bbq but thanks to the app i ate rubbish food but managed to stay within my points (i know that isn't the way to do it, but it wont hurt once in a while i'm sure!)
2x Sainsburys Organic Sausages- 8pp
2x White Finger Rolls- 8pp

Used 27/27pp 0/49 weekly pp


And then onto yesterday
Breakfast
Nothing- i was on the train most of the day (hence the naughty crisps coming up!)

Lunch
Walkers Grab Bag S&V-7pp
Left over stir fry + noodles- 6pp

Dinner
Pasta, pasta sauce and cheese- 18pp


Snacks
Grapes- 0ppStrawberries- 0pp
Milk 1/4 pint- 2pp

used 27/27pp and 6/49 weekly pp
