Well I'm starting again and hopefully I'll stick to it this time (last time I only lasted a couple of days :cry: )

I've never posted a diary before so bear with me and hopefully I'll find it useful.

I'm a married mam to 2 boys and I've been married 10 years on 31st July this year so I need to lose some weight for then - 7 weeks on Friday.

I aim to lose at least 7lbs by my anniversary.

Anyway, off to start a food diary :D

Hi Andie -

Nice to see another 'Weight Loss Diary' newbie :)

Let me start by wishing you luck on your weight loss mission and I think it is great to have a little goal in mind to keep you going. I have to do this too - I always find looking at the total task harder than breaking it down (in everything not just weight loss) so I think it's the best way.

Keep us posted - have a good week x

Thanks girls, just realised I'd forgotten to update this and also my food diary, whoops.

Anyway day 5 and I'm doing great - just had a sneaky weigh in and I've lost 5lbs since starting on Monday meaning I've got just another 2lb to loose before my anniversary in 7 weeks time. Think I might end up setting myself another target after my weigh in on Monday :)

My sneaky weigh in has stayed the same but I'm happy as it means I am 5lb nearer to my target xx
