What are peoples opinions on the andrews salts powder that you take after over indulgance??

As in on the bottle it says it can be used for overindulgence but i was wondering what people thought of it. Does it give you diahorria? is it a laxative??

No it is meant to settle your stomach if you feel a little queasy.

Its got a very slight laxative effect but its mostly meant I think for settling your stomach and neutralising acid etc

Thanks guys... I havent had carbs in two weeks and today i went overboard and had spag bol with garlic bread and felt majorly bloated and my tummy just felt and looked so swollen. Its a gr8 way to keep ya away from the so called forbidden food ha. I took some andrews and just found it has me burping. Kinda gross but feeling slightly better.
