Well after a final ridiculous binge tonight which has left me feeling sick and horrible, i have gave myself a good talking to and decided that 2moro is the day i start slimming world.
i have all the books at home so will be doing it along with my mum but wont be going to classes as i detest them.

i am a serial binge eater and have the most disgusting relationship with food. so here i am baring all to the world in the hope that somehow i can work through the food demons and get myself on track for a healthier lifestyle. not only regarding food but also exercise.

i have done every diet under the sun...with little success...i'm like the jack of all diets...but master on none lol..!!
i yoyo between the same stone or so all the time. i am currently 13st 9lbs and havent gotten below about 12st 4lbs in a very very long time. my final goal is 10st. i did originally have it set at 9st 7 but im a solid build and think that would maybe be a bit low for me. dammit if i even get to 11 something in the meantime id be very pleased. :D

i need to remember how i feel at this moment in time. im bloated, uncomfortable, sluggish and generally miserable. this full feeling in my tummy is horrible. so writing it all down here means i can return to it when i need to if im having a weak moment.

im going to be doing EE plan. bread is my killer so i want to steer away from that for a while. i know this journey isnt going to be easy but im ready for it. i need to realise that if i have an 'off' day its not the end of the world and certainly not an excuse to go on another binge..!!

and exercise is going to play a major role...
i have the 30 day shred dvd and the c25k app on my phone.
i have a treadmill in my sitting room so i have no excuses.

so thats it. i am ready to begin this new start in my life. no looking back.
