Hi
I have searched the yoghurt thread for these yoghurt's but no match found. I have some Ann Forshaw Low Fat diet yoghurt's and not sure about how to syn them. they are 70 call per 100g (125g per pot) but looking through different threads yoghurts aren't synned using the 20 cals = 1 syn formula.
I am hoping to join this week but am shopping tonight so dont want to get anymore of these if they are high syns. I dont really like mullerlights so am going to go through the forum for other alternatives but these are very nice if they arent too high
